Background
Callindo.com wanted to expand their market share by targeting foreign entrepreneurs who are just starting a business in Indonesia through a PPC campaign for their telemarketing service. The campaign aims to introduce an efficient telemarketing service to help businesses understand the needs and preferences of local customers better, so as to optimize their marketing and service strategies in the Indonesian market.
Challenge
The main challenge in this project was to understand the telemarketing service product offered, which was different from previous campaigns. In terms of design, the challenge could be managed by using reusable components to maintain visual consistency with the previous landing page. However, an in-depth understanding of the telemarketing service was required so that the information conveyed was relevant and suited to the needs of this specific target market.
Goals
- Improve foreign entrepreneurs' understanding of the added value of Callindo.com's telemarketing services.
- Encourage entrepreneurs to use this telemarketing service through clear offers and benefits.
- Presenting a page that meets the expectations of foreign entrepreneurs, both in terms of design and relevant information, can increase the conversion of registration or consultation requests.
